PLEASE READ THE IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GRAND CHAMP PACKAGING

Additional Orders

We welcome additional orders up to two items only, we have the right not to process additional on-the-spot orders due to workload as it will affect our service quality.  We strongly suggest to plan ahead and list down all the food packaging supplies you need and ideally, send your order in one go.  All additional orders must be placed using our online ordering form.

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee of PHP 200.00 (Two Hundred Pesos) will be charged for every processed order, we receive high volume of orders and we need to maximise our resources.

Communications

Our major means in communicating with you is via the e-mail you provided, it is your responsibility to check that the e-mail address you provided is working or correct, usually, we would only know when we send an e-mail and it bounced.  We will try other means of communications you provided however, we may not be in the position to kept on calling for so many times due to the current workload

Complaints

Product related - please e-mail us.  Include your order number, name, a photo or video if your complain
Non-product related, please contact our Customer Engagement Team Leader 

Damaged Food Packaging Items

It is mandatory for customers to check their orders prior leaving the releasing area or they could check it on our location or premises, this is to avoid problems about damaged items, incorrect quantity or any other problems that arises.  We allow seven (7) days to return or report any damaged or product related problems, please include. your order number, name registered when you ordered, photos or videos, contact number and send them to [email protected]

Order Cut-Off

To facilitate and align our objectives in providing a great service to you, we organised a cut-off for additional orders, we find that if we keep on accepting "un-planned" orders, other customers are not experiencing an optimum service due to waiting. 
Here are the cut-off schedules:
  • 10 o'clock in the morning if you are scheduled to pick up your order in the afternoon
  • 2 o'clock in the afternoon if you are scheduled to pick up you order in the morning of the following day

Price List

Price list is VAT exclusive.

Refunds

Returned items should be notified/returned within seven (7) days after purchased, subject for inspection and approval, must be on the original packaging and complete, please bring your receipt.  You could also send communications to: [email protected].  

Right to work with respect

​Our team members have the right to work with dignity and respect, we will not tolerate verbal or any form of abused.

Special Orders

For "special orders" a full payment is required ,however, it cannot be cancelled/refunded for any other reasons. Payment is refundable  ONLY  if the order is not available after the expected lead time or you also have the option to wait for availability of stock. Our Sales Team will constantly update  regarding the status of special orders.

Storage Fee

Our Sales Team will advise when your order is ready for pick-up.  There will be  three (3) days allowance to collect your order, afterwhich, a storage fee of PHP 30.00 per day will be charged.  Our warehouse needs space to accommodate incoming orders and follow “First-in First-Out (FIFO)” workflow.​

Vehicle in transporting your food packaging supplies

We sell quality food packaging supplies and inasmuch as we wanted to protect the food packaging supplies, during transit, it gets damaged due to many reasons (but not limited) like using a motorbike instead of a car.  These food packaging supplies are fragile and sometimes, it gets squeezed just to fit in, there had been numerous instances and we have to guide our customers that once the items were released, they need to check and it becomes their responsibility. Please advise your courier not to squeeze the items and instead, contact you if problems arised.
