We are not using GCash now! We stopped using GCash payment for now until they resolved our concerns. There are many people who are using GCash to pay for their food packaging supplies, from Paper meal boxes, cups, bowls, coffee cups, paper plates and many more. It is a convenient way to pay however, the customer service team seems slow to respond. We hope they could attend to our concerns the soonest. Our customers who are paying for the food packaging products will stop using GCash until further notice.
