ORDERS

How do I order your food packaging products?
To order Grand Champ Packaging products, please visit our site and click on "order", you will be navigated to the order form, fill in the order form and send, you will receive an auto-generated confirmation afterwhich, our support team will send your order number.

Can somebody else pick up my food packaging orders?
Yes, you can nominate another person to pick-up your food packaging orders, we will be asking for the order number, name of the customer and address.  If you send a courier, please inform the driver to get a number inside the office, there is a separate lane for couriers.

How do I follow-up my food packaging orders?To follow-up your order, please e-mail us. Please do not keep sending the same inquiries via text, Viber, Whats’App, E-mail or calling us.  A team member looks after the e-mails and one message via e-mail is sufficient enough.  Please send us your order number, name, phone and e-mail address.​

When could I pick-up my food packaging orders?
After payment confirmation, you can pick-up your food packaging orders from 10 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 4 PM.  A good time management is helpful considering the factors that may delay your travel.  For a well-organised pick-up and for safety reasons, think about the size of the vehicle, and weight of your products.  It is extremely helpful if you check the items prior leaving our area, once the items left our premises, the refund and replacement policies applies.  The lead time is usually between 3 to 5 working days, as it's pandemic and when we are busy, it may take one week and few more days, we are constantly monitoring our output so rest assured that we are doing our best to process your order.

How long will you retain my food packaging orders?
From the date and time that we sent you your collection schedule, you have three days to collect your food packaging orders, on the fourth day, a 30.00 pesos per day storage fee will be applied.  We could only keep your order for ten (10) days after which, we will have to bring them back to the shelves which will result to further delays, we are dealing with thousands of items and the space is limited.

How do I request for food packaging supplies quotation?
For quotations, if our team could manage our workload, we will prepare the quotation for you, otherwise, please find our food packaging product listing and CHEAP prices webpage, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies on the food packaging products and could be found on the second column of our price list.

DELIVERY​
Does Grand Champ Packaging delivers?
Grand Champ Packaging Corporation delivers by truck load as we are a wholesaler.  You will have to arrange a courier or delivery company to pick-up your food packaging products in our office, view the office address of Grand Champ Packaging in the link provided.

Does Grand Champ Packaging delivers on provinces?
Grand Champ Packaging does not deliver to provinces, however, we have team up with cargo companies, shipping companies that operates within Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, the list of couriers and shippers are available on request and within our website.

OPERATIONS
What is the office hours of Grand Champ Packaging?
​The office hours of Grand Champ Packaging Corporation are from 10 AM to 4 PM, Mondays to Saturdays, our break time is from 12 to 1PM, we are resting during Sundays.  If you wish to contact us outside of our working hours, please e-mail us instead.  Contacting us during our break time and rest days may affect our response time.

How could I view the products of Grand Champ Packaging?
Visiting our office to see products is by appointment ONLY, please e-mail us to arrange viewing of our food packaging items.  State what products you want to see, inasmuch as possible, to save time, we want to prepare everything for you, there is 30 minutes allocated time, a bit flexible when you have plenty of inquiries, the schedule for viewing is 0900 and 1600 hours ONLY. ​

PAYMENTS
How do I pay Grand Champ Packaging?
Due to pandemic, counting the money is not a healthy option, pay via bank to bank or credit our bank account (BDO or PsBank). There is NO Gcash payment option at the moment as we have issues with them.  We could only schedule you for pick-up once your payment was confirmed credited into our account.  Please send your proof of payment via e-mail indicating your name and phone.  At the moment, It takes a day to verify your payment via bank.
